Job Description: Sr. Engineer (Electronics & Maintenance)
Key Deliverables: Trouble shooting and maintenance of EBW section.
Designation:Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Qualification:Diploma/ B Tech - Electronics, Instrumentation Electronics
Work experience: 5-8 years
Role & Responsibility:
1. Responsible for replacing, cleaning & maintenance management of all Electrical Panels in EBW (Electronic Beam Welding) section.
2. Shall maintain the daily preventive Check sheets of all machines in EBW section.
3. Responsible to perform Electrical or Electronics maintenance/services as directed by H.O.D.
4. Troubleshooting and solving the complex problems that may arise in m/cs
5. To perform repair work as and when desired by the process owner.
6. Reviewing of existing electrical or electronic system to identify the needs for amendment,as per requirement.
7. Installation of new machines and corrective and preventive maintenance of electronics & electrical systems.
8. Creation of SOPs for installation of electrical equipment.
9. Maintaining and auditing critical spare part list for all machines in EBW section.
10. Proper maintenance of Electrical/Electronic Drawings along with the manualof all the machines in EBW section.
11. Coordinating with the maintenance department for preventing machine breakdown and proper maintenance.
12. Performing services and troubleshooting as directed in SMD (Surface Mount Device) section; ccd, sorting, tape& reel packing, laser marking machines.
13. Assisting the engineering staff in various audits like ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and IAFT: 16949.
14. Shall be responsible for maintenance of HMI/PLC/DRIVES.
15. Daily reporting to HOD (EBW) for full day activities.
16. Any other task assigned from time to time.

4. Skilled to use Test Measurement equipments like Oscilloscope, Multimeter, LCR Meter
5. Documentation skills for preparing SOPs, Check sheets, Handling Audit : Customer as well as Statutory.
6. Knowledge of ISO Standards, ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and IAFT: 16949.
