1. Manage employee health risk factors and the investigation of fatal and serious accidents and incidents
2. Manage all SHE(Q) meetings
3. Ensure the business unit complies with all SHE(Q) standards and legislative requirements
4. Develop and sustain excellent client relationships
5. Manage the SHE(Q) budget
6. Manage the SHE(Q) site audit process and co-ordinate OHS and quality site staff
7. Self management
8. Review and submit tenders
