Manager HR Generalist

1. Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition.
2. Developing and implementing HR policies, Performance Management, Organization Majorly responsible to handle the manpower requirements and Talent Acquisition process within the given time limit.
3. Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on boarding the right talent internally/ externally, there by fulfilling staffing requirements ontime. Having ahands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.
4. Design, Talent management, and setting up KRAs for the employees
5. Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
6. Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand on going HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
7. Drive active employee engagement, and be seen as ago-to HR implement specific engagement initiatives that help achieve highly engaged employee satisfaction.
